For very fast uploads with Sublime and GitFTP-Deploy. This works well for smaller projects and sites. I have installed Sublime Text Git plugin and enabled Auto Deploy

Press shift-cmd-P to bring up the command bar
2. Add commit message
Write a good commit message. “This commit will…”
